My path started with yoga as a teenager overrun with anxiety. I still struggle but I have learned as well as created my own tools to help me. And it really takes a village so I surround myself with those who support and uplift me. I run a successful online yoga business, I coach in the areas of movement and food nourishment and run virtual courses to share what I have learned in this life so far.

After four years of struggling to get pregnant, I have been blessed with my miracle baby. The most beautiful son whom has already taught me so much about myself. He is by far my greatest gift in this life. As a certified Doula I am planning on some new courses in 2020 and 2021.

Certified in yoga and various hands on healing modalities such as Reiki, along with practices I have implemented over my life, I am ready to share them here with you. I have learned that through proper nourishment, perspective and holding on to your dreams good and tight, you can bring beautiful avenues of healing and abundance in to your life.
